Rental Policy
-Minimum 3 rental days rental
-Driver must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver's licence for at least 1 year.
-Full rental payment and security deposit are required before vehicle release.
-Vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition as received.
- No smoking is permitted in the vehicle.
-The renter is responsible for any new damage, including scratches, dents, wheel damage, interior stains, spills, or missing accessories.
-All vehicle accessories provided (e.g., charger, dash cam) must be returned.
-Vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only and operated in accordance with Jamaican road laws.
-Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
-The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, illegal activities, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
-Any accident, breakdown, or damage must be reported immediately to 876-253-8573.
-The renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
-Security deposits are refunded after vehicle inspection, provided all return conditions are met.
-DrivezyJA reserves the right to recover costs and pursue legal action for unpaid damages or breaches of the rental agreement.
