PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle pickup. Deposit will be returned once the vehicle is brought back in the same condition it was rented.
• Vehicle must be returned on time. A late fee will be charged for every extra hour/day the vehicle is kept without prior approval.
• The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle clean and in good condition. Excessive dirt, stains, smoke smell, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it was received with. If not, a refueling fee will be added.
• No reckless driving, racing, speeding, or illegal activities are allowed while using the vehicle.
• Only the authorized renter is permitted to drive the vehicle unless otherwise approved.
• Any traffic tickets, toll fees, or fines received during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• In case of an accident or damage, the renter must notify us immediately.
• Valid driver’s license and identification are required before rental approval.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if policies are violated.
