Activities

Yoga Session: A one-hour guided yoga class led by an experienced instructor.

A Beautiful Setting: You'll practice on the beach with the sound of the ocean as your backdrop.

Yoga Mats: All mats are provided for your use, so you don't need to bring your own.

Personalized Guidance: The class is suitable for all levels, and Donica will offer modifications to help you get the most out of your practice.

Guided Meditation: Each session concludes with a short guided meditation to help you find a sense of inner peace and calm.

What to bring

Towel: A beach or yoga towel to place over your mat.

Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout your practice.

Sunscreen & Sunglasses: Protect yourself from the sun.

Comfortable Clothing: Wear light, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement.

A Positive Attitude: Come ready to relax and connect with nature!

It is important that you are in good health to participate. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before joining. It is also essential to inform me of any physical limitations or health concerns before the class begins so I can offer appropriate modifications and ensure your practice is safe.

Booking and Punctuality
Please ensure you book your spot in advance, as space may be limited. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and find your spot on the beach so the class can start on time and everyone can enjoy the full experience.
