This is a professional residential building; loud music or shouting is not permitted. No Parties or Events: Small gatherings are fine, but large parties, commercial photography, or events are strictly prohibited without prior written consent. No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free home. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping. A deep-cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is violated. Care of the Home Shoes Off Policy: To protect the light-oak flooring and the designer rugs, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entry. Furniture Care: Please do not move the furniture. The layout has been professionally designed to avoid scratching the floors and walls. Kitchen Etiquette: Feel free to use the high-end appliances, but please clean spills immediately to avoid staining the stone countertops. Please do not put grease or food scraps down the sink. Bathroom Maintenance: Please only flush toilet paper. High-end plumbing is sensitive to "flushable" wipes and other hygiene products. Safety & Security Security: Always ensure the front door is locked when leaving the apartment. Windows & Blinds: Please ensure the mezzanine curtains and any open windows are closed when you are away to prevent weather damage. Unauthorized Guests: Only the guests included in the original booking are permitted to stay overnight. Check-out Requirements Waste Disposal: Please take all trash to the designated building bins before you depart. Lights & HVAC: Please turn off all designer lighting and set the climate control to the "Away" or "Eco" setting.
